Il 2 dicembre è stato consegnato ad Air France il suo primo Boeing 787 Dreamliner, un serie 900 in leasing da AerCap.
L’aereo, con marche EF-HRBA e MSN 38769, si aggiunge agli altri 8 Dreamliner già in forza a KLM.
Il gruppo franco-olandese a regime opererà 37 B787, divisi tra serie 900 e serie 1.000.
Per AerCap si tratta del cinquentesimo B787 consegnato, facendone il più grande lessor del modello al mondo.
La prima rotta su cui Air France utilizzerà il nuovo mezzo sarà, a partire dal mese di gennaio, la Charles De Gaulle – Il Cairo.
