Hai ragione, mia svista. Pensavo al -900 che cmq ne ha oltre 300. Ero rimasto indietro.
Air New Zealand è il cliente e verosimilmente riceverà il primo aereo a essere consegnato, ma non necessariamente il primo a essere prodotto. I primissimi esemplari dovrebbero essere di Boeing. Il fatto, poi, che sia già in costruzione un aereo per ANA non significa necessariamente che ANA riceverà un -9 prima di Air New Zealand: l'ordine di costruzione e quello di consegna, pur essendo (ovvio) molto simili, non sono proprio perfettamente sovrapponibili - pensa che l'ultimo aereo consegnato a maggio ad ANA è il LN97, mentre non sono ancora state consegnate decine di aerei finiti di costruire prima.

Dovrebbero essere 4 aerei e i primi prodotti quelli da modificare. C'è stato un accordo tra il leasing, Ana, Boeing e Transaero !
Sì. Erano talmente tante le correzioni da fare che ANA non ha più voluto quegli aerei. Transaero, oltre che da un prezzaccio , deve essere stata attratta dalla possibilità di ricevere quegli aerei nel 2014: ordinando macchine nuove adesso si attendono altrimenti diversi anni.

Imminente la consegna di 787 a British Airways, con le date che ora sono ufficializzati (ancorché, come è normale in questi casi, ancora soggette a cambiamento in caso di imprevisti): il 26 e 27 giugno il vettore britannico accetterà i suoi primi due esemplari. Il 4 luglio, invece, entrerà in BA il primo A380.
British Airways to take delivery of A380 and Boeing Dreamliner
British Airways is poised to become the first airline in Europe to introduce both the Airbus A380 and the Boeing 787 into its fleet.
The airline will take delivery into the UK of its first two 787s on consecutive days, June 26th and 27th, followed by its first A380 on July 4th.
They will arrive around mid-morning.
Keith Williams, chief executive, British Airways, said: “The delivery of these exciting aircraft opens a new chapter in British Airways’ history.
“We are proud to be leading the way in Europe in operating both these aircraft types.
“Over the next 12 months, we will take delivery of new long-haul aircraft at an average rate of one every two weeks.
“These deliveries form the centrepiece of the £5 billion investment British Airways is making in new aircraft, smarter cabins, superb lounges and new technologies to make travel more comfortable in the air and on the ground.
“Both aircraft types make major environmental advances and will contribute toward our ambitious targets for noise and carbon reduction.”
Following their arrival, both aircraft types will begin a complex ‘entry into service’ programme, which will see pilot and cabin crew training taking place at Manston Airport in Kent, customer service trials at Heathrow and short-haul flying for both aircraft, including flights within the UK.
Seats on the A380 are currently on sale for travel from October 15th to Los Angeles and from November 15th to Hong Kong.
However the airline is advising enthusiasts eager to be on the very first long-haul services to hold off booking as the dates of the inaugural services are yet to be announced.
The first destinations for the 787s, and the date tickets go on sale, will be unveiled shortly.

Quanti erano in totale? Te lo ricordi per caso? Scusa ma non riesco ad aprire il link per problemi di connessione da Tunisi.
Se non ricordo male 15.
L'ordine di switch comunque viene dall'alto (anche se c'è chi continua a sostenere che con il 23% del capitale non ci fai molto) e lo si era già ventilato a Marzo. Ricordo anche che AB ed EY hanno unito i loro programmi 787 per contenere i costi derivanti dall'introduzione di questa macchina e che EY ha in ordine solo 787-9.

La coda di ordini del 787 e' importante , a Boeing potrebbe finanche fare piacere.
BA prende in carico il suo primo 787 il 26 giugno. Qualcuno sa quale sarà la prima rotta operata col nuovo aeromobile?
Il training per il 787 è previsto su ARN (quello del 380 su FRA), mentre per la prima rotta commerciale si erano susseguiti vari rumours, ma credo che su questo 13900 possa darci qualche info più dettagliata.

Non mi sembrano problemi gravi, ma dopo il grounding è normale che la macchina sia posta sotto particolare attenzione da parte dei media..

Ethiopian Airlines, the fastest growing airline in Africa, is pleased to announce that it will become the first African carrier to operate scheduled flights to Seoul, the Republic of South Korea effective 18 June 2013 using the B787 Dreamliner.
The B787 is the most technologically advanced commercial aircraft offering unparalleled on-board comfort to passengers with high ceiling, the biggest windows in the sky, greatly reduced noise, unique lighting system and higher level of humidity.
Ethiopian will fly four weekly services to Incheon International Airport in Seoul and its inaugural flight will coincide with the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Ethiopia and South Korea.
Various ministers, ambassadors, high level officials, members of the business community and an Ethiopian cultural troupe will be on-board the inaugural flight. Joint high profile events such as government, business, trade, tourism, cultural and academic forums highlighting the great potential of the relations between the two countries are scheduled to take place in Seoul from 19 to 21 June 2013.
