Crisi in Turchia: chiusure e riduzioni delle compagnie aeree

Apro questo thread per raggruppare tutte le notizie di chiusure e riduzioni di voli verso la Turchia che stanno avvenendo in seguito alla situazione instabile del paese coi recenti attentati e il fallito colpo di stato. In particolare il traffico turistico è in caduta libera.

Emirates ha chiuso i voli su SAW:
Dubai – Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen eff 03AUG16 4 weekly service closed for reservation

Alitalia ha recentemente ha ridotto Istanbul da 2x daily a 1x daily

Swiss Suspends Istanbul Service in W16

Swiss International Air Lines in winter 2016/17 season is temporary suspending Zurich – Istanbul Ataturk service, as the airline no longer accepts reservations in recent schedule update, for travel between 30OCT16 and 25MAR17. Previously the airline filed 7 weekly flights on this route, a reduction from 13 weekly in winter 2015/16 season.

Previously planned winter 2016/17 schedule as follow.

ASIANA Reduces Istanbul Service Aug – Oct 2016

ASIANA AIRLINES for the second-half of summer 2016 season is reducing operations to Turkey, followed by recent events. The Star Alliance member previously planned to operate 6 weekly until 08AUG16, 5 weekly between 09AUG16 and 28OCT16, however this is now revised to 4 weekly until 08AUG16, 3 weekly from 09AUG16 to 28OCT16.

EVA Air Suspends Istanbul Service July 2016 – Mar 2017

EVA Air in this week’s schedule update has updated its inventory, which sees the suspension of Taipei Taoyuan – Istanbul Ataturk service. The Star Alliance member is no longer accepting reservations for flights between 25JUL16 and 26MAR17. Planned service resumption currently scheduled on 27MAR17, 3 times a week, and the 4th weekly flight (Tuesdays) will be restored by 11APR17.

Current schedule is effective for summer 2016 season.

Swiss a distanza di pochi giorni dalla chiusura di Istanbul, chiude anche la rotta per Izmir. Con questa chiusura la compagnia svizzera abbandona la Turchia.

Swiss suspends Izmir service in W16

Swiss International Air Lines in recent schedule update has closed reservation for planned Zurich – Izmir service for winter season, from 30OCT16 to 25MAR17. In addition to the suspension of Istanbul service, reported yesterday, the Star Alliance member will not be offering any nonstop service between Switzerland and Turkey for winter 2016/17 season.
