Hi gents,
1,5 weeks ago I was able to visit Deci Airbase in Sardinia to witness the last GAF F-4 deployment their, and its time to share some images from my 3-day visit down there.
So just some "teasers"

It was a great atmosphere in Deci during the three days , even it was a bit sad to know it will be over soon.
Each day was a long one, starting early in the morning in Deci with some really impressing sunrise shots and leaving that base after sunset back to the hotel. But hey, for a mighty Phantom it was easy for me to do that....especially when you are rewarded with great sunset shots and even sunrise too, under a crispy sky and Phantoms deaparting all day long.
Thanks must go to everyone involved in Wittmund/Deci, and all the air and ground crews that worked hard to make this shooting happen....
Everyone did an extraordinary job on these days.....
It was the last time to see a mighty Phantom line-up with more as 16 Phantoms for me.
Ok enough for now, let tell the pictures the rest of the story...... hope you enjoy them, and comments & critiques are more as welcome.
