Iniziano a trapelare le prime indiscrezioni sul piano industriale che l’Alitalia presenterà nei prossimi giorni – e che era atteso per la fine di gennaio – e diventa immediatamente incandescente il rapporto con le organizzazioni sindacali, che ieri hanno chiesto alla compagnia il rispetto del contratto firmato dai naviganti.
Secondo le indiscrezioni circolate nei giorni scorsi, il modello industriale su cui starebbe puntando Alitalia è quello ispirato alla compagnia irlandese Aer Lingus, con tre differenti fasce tariffarie e di servizio, dalla basica alla business, nell’ottica di massimizzare i ritorni generati dalle ancillary.
Drastica la riduzione degli aeromobili, soprattutto nel segmento del corto e medio raggio, sebbene ancora incerti appaiano i numeri circa la reale portata di questa riduzione, operata anche in funzione della necessità di ridurre i costi di leasing ed ottimizzare il rapporto con i lessor.
Novità anche sul fronte dell’impiego del personale, il cui costo viene stimato nell’ordine dei 593 milioni l’anno (per 12.000 dipendenti), al quale compagnia chiede nuovi termini d’impiego – soprattutto ai naviganti – e drastiche modifiche al contratto.
Ed è proprio su quest’ultimo punto che si è inasprito il rapporto con le principali sigle sindacali, che hanno definito inaccettabili le proposte della compagnia. La proposta presentata da Alitalia prevede in particolare un raffreddamento degli scatti d’anzianità (da uno all’anno ad uno ogni cinque anni) e degli incrementi retributivi, adozione del contratto AZ Cityliner per tutte le nuove assunzioni, rimodulazione degli emolumenti, riduzione delle ferie nelle fasce di alta stagione del vettore, incremento dei giorni per la comunicazione del congedo parentale, riduzione dei riposi e flessibilità nelle mansioni del personale navigante per quanto concerne il rassetto della cabina.
Non si è fatta attendere la risposta dei sindacati, che nella giornata del 13 febbraio hanno inviato una diffida ad Alitalia (da parte di Filt Cigl, Fit, Cisl, Uiltrasporti e Ugl) con la quale si chiede il rispetto della contrattazione collettiva vigente e di ogni accordo collaterale. I sindacati contestano quindi la volontà espressa da Alitalia di transitare – a far data dal primo marzo 2017 – dal contratto nazionale in scadenza ad un regolamento aziendale che andrebbe a sostituire il contratto collettivo, nell’ambito del quale sarebbero apportate le variazioni di cui sopra.
