La mia situazione al momento è questa:

- volo per NY da BLQ via LHR con BA tra pochi giorni; "fortunatamente" nei giorni scorsi avevano cancellato la tratta per Londra riprogrammandone un'altra molto più scomoda; non avendo ancora accettato il cambio di prenotazione, ieri ho esercitato l'opzione di rimborso che dovrebbe arrivare nei prossimi giorni; mi chiedo cosa sarebbe successo se avessi accettato subito il cambio volo;

- volo BGY-TBS del 10 aprile: al momento la Georgia ha disposto la quarantena obbligatoria per tutti gli italiani in transito; inoltre Ryanair ha bloccato quel volo fino al 9 aprile; inoltre non potrei uscire di casa per decreto salvo compravate esigenze, che non penso proprio siano quelle di andare a farsi una vacanza; qui direi che ci sarebbero tutti i presupposti per avere un rimborso. Ma se FR decidesse di riaprire la tratta il 10/4 non so se il divieto legale + quarantena obbligatoria nel paese di destinazione saranno sufficienti per riavere indietro i soldi...

Solo che... vallo a spiegare ad un operatore straniero di call center di compagnia straniera.

Fino a qualche giorno fa i cinema aperti assegnavano i posti a scacchiera.
Al contrario mi sembra che I voli vengano accorpati (e riempiti).

Cesare, grazie per lo sforzo, ma la lista dei voli AZ che hai postato due post più su, è vecchia ed inutilmente lunga. Da LIN ad esempio hanno cancellato quasi tutto. Non trovo molto utili queste listone visto che la situazione è in continuo cambiamento.

British Airways has cancelled all flights to and from Italy which were scheduled today.

It comes after the entire country was placed under lockdown amid the coronavirus outbreak.

The Foreign and Commonwealth Office has advised against all but essential travel to the entire country.

A BA spokeswoman told the Standard: "In light of the Italian Government's announcement and the UK Government's official travel advice, we have contacted all customers who are due to travel today."

They added that anyone booked to go to Italy between now and April 4 has alternate options due to the situation.

"We have updated our policy to give customers more options and flexibility. Any travellers due to fly to or from Italy between now and April 4 can rebook to a later date up until the end of May, move their destination to Geneva or Zurich or receive a full refund," she said.

Venice streets empty ahead of coronavirus quarantine
The Government advice for anyone returning to the UK from Italy in the last 14 days is to stay indoors and avoid contact with other people. This advice applies even if they do not have symptoms of the coronavirus.

Approximately three million British nationals visit Italy every year.

EasyJet has also cancelled the majority of its flights to and from Milan, Venice and Verona after the whole of Italy was placed under lockdown until next month to tackle coronavirus.

Customers will have the opportunity to rebook or get a refund, it said on Tuesday.

Elsewhere Ryanair is telling customers whose flights are running that “the no cancellation and no refund policy remains”.

Travel trade organisation Abta said “it is too early” to say that summer holidays cannot go ahead as planned, adding: "If you cancel early you may have to pay cancellation charges."

Meanwhile, Virgin Atlantic has admitted flying planes that are “almost empty”.

Gli conviene attivarsi subito con altre compagnie.
Poi da FR riceverà solamente il rimborso.
Io ho colleghi che domani dovranno operare dei voli e al momento sono bloccati in giro per l'europa.

Beh oltre alla cancellazione di Ryanair la Spagna ha deciso di chiudere i suoi voli all'Italia fino al 25 marzo tanto che le stesse partite di Europa League (Getafe Inter e Roma Siviglia) e quella di Champions (Barcellona Napoli) sono fortemente a rischio.

Il ban sembra per i voli incoming dall'italia, non per gli outcoming. In Spagna ora c'è la Dinamo Sassari (Basket) che stasera gioca contro Burgos in Basketball Champions League, stanno cercando un vettore non spagnolo e non italiano per fare il volo di rientro stasera dopo la partita

- volo per NY da BLQ via LHR con BA tra pochi giorni; "fortunatamente" nei giorni scorsi avevano cancellato la tratta per Londra riprogrammandone un'altra molto più scomoda; non avendo ancora accettato il cambio di prenotazione, ieri ho esercitato l'opzione di rimborso che dovrebbe arrivare nei prossimi giorni; mi chiedo cosa sarebbe successo se avessi accettato subito il cambio volo;

- volo BGY-TBS del 10 aprile: al momento la Georgia ha disposto la quarantena obbligatoria per tutti gli italiani in transito; inoltre Ryanair ha bloccato quel volo fino al 9 aprile; inoltre non potrei uscire di casa per decreto salvo compravate esigenze, che non penso proprio siano quelle di andare a farsi una vacanza; qui direi che ci sarebbero tutti i presupposti per avere un rimborso. Ma se FR decidesse di riaprire la tratta il 10/4 non so se il divieto legale + quarantena obbligatoria nel paese di destinazione saranno sufficienti per riavere indietro i soldi...

Al momento il decreto termina il 3 aprile. In caso di prolungamento immagino che FR non riaprirà il volo e credo tu abbia comunque diritto al rimborso non potendo andare essendo una vacanza indipendentemente dalla Georgia.
