Anche gli assistenti di volo... che noia: come se fossero poi tanto capaci - negli ultimi 12 mesi ho inanellato una serie di inetti incredibile. Volo ancora con loro solo per mancanza di scelta (SFO-FLR la si fa male con la concorrenza) e per l'economy premium, un prodotto davvero indovinato.

Lufthansa information on announced strike action by the union of Independent Flight Attendants Organisation (UFO)
Against the background of the announced strike by the Independent Flight Attendant’s Organization (UFO) on Lufthansa flights from Friday 6th of November until Friday 13th of November 2015, Lufthansa is trying to keep the effect of the strike on its customers as low as possible.
The announcement would affect flights from Lufthansa German Airlines – Flights operated by Lufthansa CityLine, Germanwings, Eurowings, Air Dolomiti, Austrian Airlines, SWISS and Brussels Airlines are not affected by potential strike actions and will therefore run as planned.
At the moment no concrete strike actions are announced, hence the effect of these strike actions on flight operations cannot be estimated at this point in time. As soon as these effects are known, Lufthansa will set up a goodwill policy for all booked passengers. Passengers booked on a flight which has to be canceled due to strike actions, always have the opportunity to rebook or cancel their flight free of charge.
Lufthansa passengers, who provided Lufthansa with their mobile phone number in their customer profile, will be informed about any cancellations via SMS.

Quello che non mi piace oltre allo sciopero in se è il fatto che venga annunciato solo pochissimi giorni prima e fino all' ultimo non si sa se ci sarà e che impatto avrà lo sciopero. E' veramente uno schifo che la normativa tedesca sugli scioperi non imponga che venga dichiarato con un adeguato anticipo, almeno 20 giorni come se non sbaglio è obbligatorio in Italia.
Cesare lo fanno per procurare il massimo danno all'azienda e quindi avere il ricatto economico massimo al tavolo delle trattative.
In Germania i sindacati sono molto tutelati, più che in Italia.
Sarà. Ma non è che forse sono anche più seri di quelli italiani? Domando, eh?!

Aggiornamento i sindacati tedeschi hanno confermato lo sciopero ma dovrebbe partire dalle 12 di oggi e nel corso della mattinata dovrebbero comunicare le modalità di svolgimento. LH dice con cosi poco preavviso ci preparano grandi disagi per i pax non avranno infatti tempo per preparare un piano alternativo dei voli. Urge subito una nuova normativa europea sugli scioperi in modo da evitare questi ricatti, si dovrebbero adeguare tutti i paesi UE almeno a quanto dice la normativa italiana con prevede minimo 20 giorni di preavviso.

Io farei 90 giorni, in modo da consentire senza problema alcuno alle compagnie di organizzarsi evitando così ogni disagio ai pax.
Vero che gli scioperi sarebbero a impatto zero, ma noi voleremmo felici e sereni sempre e comunque!!

Io personalmente non capirò mai questo modo di agire, vuoi colpire l'azienda creando problemi agli ospiti o alle merci (quindi messo tra parentesi volutamente: a chi ti paga lo stipendio). Così facendo mi sembra un po' come il cane che si morde la coda e quindi fa male a se stesso, meno introiti ed eventuali nuovi ribassi alle condizioni lavorativa. Non vi sono altri modi per colpire l'azienda, ad esempio azioni legali per ottenere le modifiche richieste?
Un'azione legale deve essere lecita, circostanziata e riconosciuta valida dal giudice. Una rendita di posizione non si può difendere in giudizio.

Il lungo raggio da FRA opererà regolarmente ma essendo cancellati la gran parte dei voli di feederaggio europei i WB voleranno probabilmente mezzi vuoti, quindi ulteriore aggravio di costi per la compagnia.
Inoltre mi chiedo cosa è rimasto di operato da LH mainline a DUS visto che praticamente tutti i voli sono passati a Germanwings\Eurowings compagnie non coinvolte nello sciopero.

Non credo che l'eliminazione de facto del diritto di sciopero sia desiderabile. Personalmente trovo equilibrato il sistema americano degli scioperi a oltranza: si incrociano le braccia finché non si trova un accordo e/o una delle parti non cede. Così si mettono in gioco sul serio sia dipendenti che aziende: in genere, poi, conviene ad ambedue le parti evitare lo sciopero, e le crisi durano meno - 2-3 mesi di crisi invece di anni di altalene a singhiozzo.
